If you have made a personal commitment to change your life, consistency is the key. Keep an Affirm-Breathe rotating schedule. Book in advance.

Set your goals, but be ok about changing them. Often after sessions, priorities can change which is pretty normal.

We recommend being in a quiet space so that you can complete your session without any interruptions. If there are calming scents that you love, use them in your space before our call. If possible, stretch and wear something comfortable.
